MANSFIELD: Lifelong Mansfield resident, Marylu Eisaman, age 82, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 in Liberty Nursing Center of Mansfield.
She was born November 29, 1935 in Mansfield to parents Stuart & Marguertie (Horning) Watson. Marylu graduated from Mansfield Senior High with the class of 1954, and on July 26, 1956 married Ray Eugene Eisaman and they shared 57 wonderful years of marriage until he passed away in 2014.
In addition to raising two sons, Marylu worked for McKinley Roofing, Mansfield City Schools in food service, and volunteered at MedCentral Hospital and the Mansfield Public Library. She was fond of animals and always giving of her time.
Marylu was very active and enjoyed walking on the bike trail. She was an excellent cook and seamstress (including cross-stitch and crochet) and sewed her own clothes for many years. More than anything, Marylu cherished her family and friends.
She is survived by two sons Jeffrey S. Eisaman of St. Louis, Missouri and Timothy A. Eisaman (Sue Hendricks) of Mansfield, nieces and nephews and extended family.
In addition to her loving husband Ray Eisaman, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Terry Watson.
Friends may call Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 10 am to 11 am in the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where a memorial service will begin at 11 am with Celebrant Jerry Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
