MANSFIELD: Mary Kathryn Baish, 92, of Russell Road, Mansfield, died Wednesday evening June 1, 2005 in Winchester Terrace following a brief illness.
She was born March 27, 1913 in Mansfield to Allen T. and Mary E. (Koogle) Bell, and remained a lifelong Mansfield resident.
Mary had worked as an armature winder for 22 years with Maginnis Paving Equipment Company, retiring in 1975.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she served the congregation as a deacon.
Mary marked 34 years as an active volunteer with MedCentral Mansfield Hospital, logging 10,378 hours of service. She had also volunteered with Mansfield Memorial Homes.
A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law Elizabeth A. and Carroll Pritchard of Mansfield, M. Marlene and David Gibson of Mansfield and Judith E. and Ralph Revennaugh of Fredericktown; seven grandchildren and their spouses Barbara and Gary Russo, Rick and Vicki Pritchard, Rob and Connie Pritchard, Steve and Tammy Pritchard, Stacey and Dave Houston, Sheri Gibson Silver and her fiancé Bruce Hardcastle and John and Chris Revennaugh; and seven great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by twin grandsons, and three brothers Dale Bell, Ray Bell and Jay Bell.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 4, 2005 from 10 am until time for the funeral service at 11 am in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. David Hartzfeld will officiate. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
