 Mary Ann “Micki” Riley, 73, of Galion passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at home after a short illness.

Born December 29, 1946 in Galion, she was the daughter of Charles and Betty Jane (Taylor) Maglott.  She married Hayward M. “Mike” Riley on September 24, 1989 and they have enjoyed 31 years together.

She was a graduate of Ontario High School in 1965. She retired from the Galion Community Hospital where she has worked for over 30 years. She was a member of the Windfall Emanuel United Church of Christ.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a stepson, Mathew Riley of Cleveland; stepdaughters, Marijo (Brian) Rickle of Cleveland and Cathy (Mark) Whitaker of Florida; grandchildren, Natalie Riley, Carrigan Rickle, Bianca Rickle and D’Aine Carey; siblings, Roberta “Bobbie” Clevenger of Plain City and Pamela Maglott of Galion; mother-in-law, Roberta J. Riley of Greenfield; sister-in-law, Lorita Riley of Greenfield and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Charlotte Goodwin.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday with the Reverends Loyd and Dreama Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery

Memorial contributions may be made to Windfall Emanuel United Church of Christ or the Avita Hospice in care of the funeral home.
