  • I am so sorry for your loss. I was one of Martha’s nurses at Bennington. I enjoyed her so much, she was a sweetheart. I got a kick out of her telling me a story and stop in mid sentence and say to me, “Oh darn it I forget.” She would wave her hand and go on with another story, she was cute. May your memories of her help comfort you at this difficult time.

Martha Young was one of the sweetest ladies I know. I had the privilege to care for her husband, Jim, before he passed. I had the honor of meeting most of their family. Martha went to Alum Creek Church with my mom so we shared some wonderful memories while I cared for Jim. My sincere sympathy to the family. I know how loved Martha was by all. May God give you peace and comfort. I am sure she is in heaven with my mom and they are sharing memories.

  • Dear Jim and Marsha and family…..I so loved the time I spent with Martha here at Bennington Glen….she was so kind and loving with me and I will treasure my memories of her always….every time I see a coloring book or change the channel on my TV, I will think of your mom….she was a good friend.

  • I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Martha from her being at Bennington Glen. She was always up for the activities that we had for the residents. Always such a loving and caring person. She will definitely be missed. Prayers that God will heal the pain in your hearts.
