Martha L. Triplett, 64, of 638 N. Market Street, Galion died Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at home after a lengthy illness.

Born January 3, 1941 in Crestline, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. Nungesser and Ellen Louise Tracht Nungesser of Galion. She married Reed E. “Ed” Triplett in June of 1989 and he survives.

She was a graduate of Galion High School in 1959 and a life long member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Galion where she sang in the choir for the last 30 years. She was a very unselfish and caring person and was an accomplished artist. She was employed at the Ohio Mutual Insurance Company in Bucyrus where she was a policy assembler. She previously worked for 23 years at the former North Electric Company in Galion where she was a key punch operator.

She is survived by a step daughter, Enola Barnhart of Shelby and two step grandchildren, David and Logan Barnhart; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Nita Nungesser of Mt. Gilead and
a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Jim Green of Tucson.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2005 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 19, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Gene Luidhardt officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
