Marilyn Martha Keck, age 77, of Loudonville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on May 22, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Wendell and Martha (Kierczynski) Barrett.

Marilyn graduated from West Tech High School in 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio.  She married the love of her life Raymond Keck on May 30, 1964 and enjoyed 56 wonderful years together.  Marilyn was is a member of the St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Loudonville.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond K. Keck; children, David (Catherine) Keck, Marie (Dean) Asp, Martha (Tom) Pszenitzki; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dennis Barrett, Daniel Barrett; sisters, Silvia Opsitnick, Nancy Barrett-Toth, Laura Orr; numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents Marilyn is preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Keck; grandchild, Stephanie Keck; a brother, Wendell Barrett; sisters, Bonnie Eckert, Alyene O’Brien, Diane Garven.

A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.

  • So sad to hear of Marilyn’s passing. My heart goes out to you Ray and your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also to her brothers and sisters. She helped many people over the years in her service work in Alanon and the love her and Ray shared for over 66 years was an inspiration to many.
