She enjoyed reading, traveling, and a good game of Euchre with her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, her brothers, Howard Anderson and Maurice Anderson, and her sisters, Lorena Jackson, and Frieda Jones. Marie is survived by her children, James (Debbie) L. Imes, John (Sally) Imes, Thomas (Joan) Imes, Jeanne Matthews, fourteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, special relationships with Suzanne Johns, Elizabeth Johns, David Matthews, dearest Sister-in-Law, Helen McMillan and many, many friends. A modest woman all her life, she requested no services upon her passing. She asked that donations, in lieu of flowers, be made to the Delaware County Library, 84 E.
