MARGARET A. TOTH, 74, OF DELAWARE DIED WEDNESDAY EVENING AT HER RESIDENCE. SHE WAS BORN DECEMBER 13, 1931 IN ESPYVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA TO EDWARD PEPELKO AND MARY (nee MIHOCI) PEPELKO. SHE GRADUATED FROM ST. ELIZABETH SCHOOL OF NURSING IN YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO IN 1954 AND HER CAREER AS A NURSE SPANNED NEARLY 50 YEARS. SHE WAS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, A FORMER BOARD MEMBER FOR PEOPLE IN NEED, AND PAST PRESIDENT AND FOUNDING MEMBER OF THE OHIO SOCIETY OF OFFICE NURSES. SHE ENJOYED QUILTING, GARDENING, CROSS STITCH, PLAYING CARDS, AND HER ROLE AS “GRAMS” TO HER GRANDCHILDREN. SHE IS SURVIVED BY 2 DAUGHTERS, SUSAN TOTH OF COLUMBUS AND LINDA (RICK) O’NEILL OF NILES, OHIO; 4 SONS, JACK AND DON (DIANA) TOTH OF DELAWARE AND RON AND BILL TOTH OF COLUMBUS; 6 GRANDCHILDREN, MEGHAN, MATTHEW, JOHNNY, ANTHONY, BRENNA, AND JOSEPH; BROTHER, BILL (BARBARA) PEPELKO OF GREAT FALLS, VIRGINIA; NUMEROUS COUSINS AND OTHER RELATIVES. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND JOHN P. TOTH, JR. AND AN INFANT SON, JOSEPH. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ON SUNDAY FEBRUARY 19TH FROM 3 – 6 PM AT THE RODMAN NEEPER FUNERAL HOME, BENNETT BROWN CHAPEL, 92 N. SANDUSKY ST., DELAWARE WHERE A VIGIL OF PRAYER SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 3:00 PM. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 20TH AT 10:00 AM AT ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 82 E. WILLIAM ST., DELAWARE WITH REV. FR. KEVIN KAVANAGH OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN ST. MARY CEMETERY. CONTRIBUTIONS MAY BE MADE TO THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY OR THE KIDNEY CANCER ASSOCIATION. ENVELOPES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
