Maddox Lee Dean, infant son of Robert Dean and Stacy Clarke of Delaware, passed away Saturday morning, December 3, 2016, only a short 5 days after his birth.

He was born November 28, 2016 in Delaware.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents; brother, Corey Dean; sisters, Madelynn and Savanna Dean; paternal grandmother, Lahoma New; maternal grandmother, Tina Clarke; maternal grandfather, John Clarke; paternal great grandmother, Edna Working; paternal great grandfather, Homer New; maternal great grandparents, Myrtle and Richard Applegate; maternal great grandfather, Jack Nelson; aunts, Stefanie Clarke and Heather Holden; uncles, Derek Dean and Blake New; many great aunts, great uncles and cousins also survive.

Maddox was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Robert Dean, maternal great grandparents Amy Nelson and Fred Blevins and a cousin Christopher Bradley.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive (formerly 1510 W. William Street), Delaware where funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Maddox’s memory may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
