  • Prayers for now and days to come. What a wonderful caregiver and wife you have been. Time is our friend for adjusting to our new lives. Much love. Bev

  • If there is a finer man and friend than Lloyd I would love to meet him. He was kind, polite and always a gentleman. We met Lloyd and Patty in 1976 and have been friends ever since. Our families moved but our friendship was still ever present. Lloyd had some health challenges for numerous years and he battled through them as best he could. He fought them as they came and when we saw he and Patty, he was always the same man. No one person should ever have to handle these many obstacles. Though not related our Son called him Uncle Lloyd. We will miss him so much but also know he has suffered long enough and is no longer in pain. Our family loved Lloyd and Patty as soon as we met them and that never changed. This is going to be a tough time for his family and ours but we will get through it somehow. You can’t ever take away the wonderful memories we have and there are many. Lloyd rest in peace and and stay ready if I need any advice, help or just a friend to talk with. I will know where to find you. God Bless the Lauver Family now and in the future. We love you all. Elaine, Hook, Zak, Jennifer, Addie and Benjamin Wagner

  • I am so sorry to hear of Lloyd’s passing. He was a wonderful father, husband and was the most polite, kind person I have ever known. I don’t have your current phone number so I sent you an e-mail on a more personal note.

  • Aunt Pat, My heart is heavy over the loss of your husband and my Uncle Lloyd. I wish I could have seen him, and you, more over these past few years. I have many great memories of growing up visiting my Aunt Pat and Uncle Lloyd and Janie and Luanne. Those were fun times. Us kids absolutely loved visiting with your family. Your friendship with my mom and dad and how much you cared about our family are treasures in heaven. Uncle Lloyd was always so kind to me and the best friend my dad could ever have. What a great man he is! I long to see him and my dad together in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. I am praying for grace and and peace for you and your family in this difficult time.

  • I think the Wagner family expressed my feelings for Lloyd in a manner that anyone who knew him could. I knew Lloyd and his family for over 70 years. I knew him as a neighbor, school mate, teammate and above all as a “friend”. I never heard him speak badly or unkindly about anyone. He was truly a fine man and I’m privileged to have had him as my friend. Rest in peace Ol Buddy. Our heartfelt sympathy to Patty, Janie and Luanne’ Jim & Sara Irvin
