Linda Sue Fletcher

Linda Sue Fletcher, age 69 of Sunbury, died Friday morning November 16, 2012 at her residence following a yearlong battle with cancer.
She was born on July 16, 1943 in Galena to the late Kenneth L. and Ruth E. (Augenstein) Feasel and was a lifelong area resident. She was a self-employed baker and co-owned the former Grandma’s Cakes and Crafts in Delaware. Founder of the Flag Cadette, High Stepper and 8th Grade Drill Team of the BWYAA in which she volunteered for numerous years.
Linda was a devoted, loving and caring mother and grandmother whose life revolved around her grandchildren. She was a gifted artist and enjoyed singing, playing the piano and guitar.
Survived by her daughter: Ruth Ann (Gary) Shuster of Sunbury; son: R. Wayne (Dorothy) Ashbaugh of Newark; grandchildren: Tara, Trevor, Tyler Shuster, Stephanie Ashbaugh; brother: Kenneth L. (Linda) Feasel of Frisco, TX.; sisters: Joyce (Dean) Stockwell of Galena, Janice Grygiel of Sunbury, Evelyn (Raymond) Kroninger of Marengo.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, SR 3 at 61, Sunbury and services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Larry Dewitt officiating.
