BELLVILLE: LaVawn June Hall, 68, of Darlington North Road, Bellville, died Wednesday morning July 14, 2004 in her home following an eleven-month illness.

She was born August 22, 1935 in Findlay, to Stephen C. and Helen (Thompson) Low, and was graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1954.

A homemaker, LaVawn had also worked as an aide with handicapped children at Raemelton School in Mansfield.

A Mansfield area resident since 1960, she was a member of First United Methodist Church, Mansfield, where she was involved in numerous church activities.

LaVawn was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who cherished her grandchildren, and enjoyed attending their sporting events. An avid gardener, her creative talents were well displayed through many projects of arts and crafts.

She is survived by her husband Raymond P. Hall, Jr. whom she married July 10, 1955; their children P. Michael Hall of Columbia Heights, Minnesota, Cynthea A. Hall of Bellville, Tamara L. Hall of Loudonville and Mark S. and Donna Hall of Marysville; grandchildren Andrew S. Yarman of Columbus, Nicholaus R. Yarman and Todd A. Yarman both of Loudonville, and Ashleigh Hall and Ethan Hall both of Maryville; her sister Janice K. Low of Barberton; and her father-in-law Charles Hennis of Howard.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law Marie P. Hennis.

The Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home is serving the family with a private graveside service in Union Grove Cemetery, Gambier.
