Kirstin was my dearest friend. I loved how she wore her heart on her sleeve. She loved so many people even when she didn’t know how to express it. I loved her attitude! She never let anyone walk all over her & she always put people in their place if they disrespected me or my child. I loved her secret talents! She could crochet & nurse any dying plant back to health! I love her & I will miss her deeply. I love you both & you are in my heart!

    Love,
    Cassie

  • I am so sorry for the tragedy that has befallen your family. As time travels on, life just seems to become more and more difficult to cope with; especially when we lose a loved one in death. But please know that very soon the suffering we face everyday – including death – is going to be done away with. This promise can be found at Revelation 21:4. We also have the wonderful hope of seeing those we have lost in death, by means of the resurrection. Again, we look to the Bible at John 5:28, 29 for that promise. May you find comfort in this.

  • It broke my heart to see this obituary today. My best memories of Kirsten are when she was a little girl. She would walk to our house, knock on the door, and come in for a little visit. To the whole family, we send our love and sympathy. God bless,
    Roy and Dianne Kehl

  • Dear Kim and Family,
This is hard to read. I can’t believe this. Its been such an awful past few years with the loss of so many people. Kirstin and I shared some fun times as children. I will miss her. Every day of my sobriety I will remember how lucky my odds were. I know. I wish I had been in her life as an adult.
