Kimberly Ann Smith, age 59 of Marion, passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

Kimberly was born on May 18, 1959 in Delaware, the daughter of Robert Edward and Judith Marie (Knight) Lee, Sr.

Kimberly loved her family. Her grandchildren meant everything to her. She enjoyed being able to cook family dinners for them and no dinner would be complete without her Pepsi. She loved to watch NASCAR, Dale Earnhart, Jr. was her favorite driver.

She is survived by her daughters: Nikole (Leslie) Ward and Lyndsay (Robert Wallace) Tinnerello; grandchildren: Tealia Tinnerello, Jordan Cooper, Braxton Ward, Connar Tinnerello, Kolton Ward, Beria Cooper, Keaton Ward, Peyton Ward, Keylen Collins and Theo Collins; she has a great grandchild on the way, Kyzer; her mother Judith M. Lee and siblings: Robert W. Lee, Carrie E. Lee, Robert E. Lee, Jr. and Rachel Lee; and her beloved dog, Flo.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Lee, Sr.

Visitation will be Friday, March 22, 2019 at Snyder Funeral Homes, Denzer Chapel, 360 East Center St., Marion from 12Noon to 2PM; Funeral service will immediately follow at 2PM.

  • She was my patient on 2 South, one of my favorite patients. She always loved her cold pepsi and her room cold for her breathing. I tried to make her bed, but she wanted to make herself! We got along very well together. Blessings and peace for Kim and family.

    • Being a float RN I took care of Kim often. We had good long conversations and she was always glad to see I was assigned to her. I always tried to make her comfortable and happy. She made me laugh alot I’m glad we had a good hug the last time I took care of her. I’m so sorry for the family’s loss.
