  • To the Cochran family, the Mintier family, Mrs. Nunley, and Aunt Karen. My heart truly breaks into with the loss of Kerry. I worked with Kerry at MVDC. She was a very caring nurse. Not only was I her supervisor but also became a dear friend. Kerry was fun to be around, and dearly loved her kids and husband. She talked of them often. I cared a lot for her, joking with her about when I retire, I would probably need a part time job and helping kids learn is right up my alley. She would laugh and say “well you better look me up, you got a job at my daycare”. She will be sadly missed. Jason, I watched you for a while when your mom went to work. What a small world to have been blessed to know you both. Jason you were Kerry’s everything as she so often mentioned. Dorothy and Karen, I am so, so very sorry for you both. Kerry was so special. I know God will wrap his loving arms around the entire family because he is ” love and that’s what he does best”. You are all in my prayers. I am sorry I can’t make it to calling hours or the funeral due to other commitments I can’t get out of but know my heart is with you all.

  • Ann and Harold, my heart breaks for you and your entire family…please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that you receive the God-given strength to move through this tragedy as a family…may this season of grief be eased by cherished memories of Kerry.

  • To the Mintier and Cochran Family,

My prayers go out to you during this most difficult time in your life.
