Kenneth Garverick, 75, of Warden Road, Mansfield, Ohio died Thursday, February 28, 2002 in MedCentral Mansfield.

He was born in Morrow County on August 10, 1926, the son of the late Andrew K. and Florence G. Heidelbaugh Garverick. He was raised in Edison and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign as a Gunners Mate. He worked as an engineer for the Erie Lackawanna and Conrail Railroads and for Mansfield Plating. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #341 in Mansfield.

He is survived by two sons Jan Garverick of Marion, OH and David Garverick of Dublin, OH; two daughters Loretta Little of Ashland, OH and Hannah Gardner of Alexandria, OH; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and his companion Lenora Gossett.

A sister Helen Garverick also preceded him in death.

Friends may call at the Craven Funeral Home in Mt. Gilead on Monday from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held in Iberia Cemetery Monday at 2:00 p.m.
