Kay Webb, 75, of Columbus died Wednesday morning in the Hospice Room at Grady Memorial Hospital, Delaware. She was born October 17, 1933 in Greenville, Ohio to the late William Edward and Ilo Gene Agnes (Morrow) Lowder. She was an administrative secretary for the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Columbus. She loved gardening, flower arranging, traveling, decorating, and spending time with her family. She is survived by 2 daughters, Susan A. (Phillip) Snyder of Delaware and Rebecca L. (Paul Sr.) Cozad of Upper Arlington; 3 grandchildren, Douglas Sean Webb of Delaware, Shelby Morrow Cozad and Alexis Kendall Cozad of Upper Arlington; great grandson, Jaxson Douglas Webb of Hudson; numerous extended family and friends in southwest Ohio and the surrounding area. The family will receive friends and host a reception on Monday July 6th from 3 – 6 pm at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, 1510 W. William St., Delaware and where an informal Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6:00 pm. Burial will be at a later date in Forest Hills Cemetery, Piqua.
