Judy G. Fulkerson, 68, of Galion went to be with the Lord Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Galion Hospital.

Born June 9, 1947 in Ironton, she was the daughter of Earl and Rosie Mae (Collins) Jenkins. She married Richard “Dick” Fulkerson on October 5, 1968 and he preceded her on October 21, 2000.

She was employed as a certified nursing assistant at the former Rosewood Manor Nursing Center in Galion for many years. She enjoyed watching Westerns, working on word search puzzles, short day trips and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a daughter, Regina Fulkerson of Galion and a son, Jeremy (Angela) Fulkerson of Roanoke, Virginia; grandchildren, Chris Miller and Alexandra Miller; brothers, Raymond (Cindy Kay) Jenkins of Coal Grove, Jerry (Judy) Jenkins, Joe (Jackie) Jenkins and Terry Jenkins all of Ironton; sisters, Connie Sue (Albert) Mullins of Ironton, Penny (Troy) Owens of Ironton; sister-in-law, Barbara Fulkerson of Bucyrus; several nieces and nephews and a special friend Pat Carroll of Galion.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother Earl Jenkins, Jr. and a sister Carol Kay Henry.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 Monday, April 18, 2016 at Crawford County Memory Gardens, with Rev. Dreama Caudill officiating.
