  • I was so sorry to hear of John’s passing. Lot’s of good memories growing up in the same neighborhood. Please know your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

  • We were so sorry to hear of John’s passing. He was a great guy. We have always appreciated your friendship. Our love and prayers are with each of you.

  • John was wonderful to me. He was my bridge to my family in Galion, taking it upon himself to always keep me aware of family matters. Our long phone conversations always included memorable stories about my dad (for which I was grateful), as well as an opportunity for John to talk about you guys (Beth, Mike and Joe). He spoke with pride when providing me with family ‘updates’, and you could ‘feel’ him beaming when he talked about his grandkids. I am blessed that I was able to see him and Winnie in December. Winnie, you were wonderful hosts and I loved seeing you again. I didn’t have to be at your house for long to see the affection and respect you shared with one another. I send these condolences to you, Winnie, and the whole family, with sadness but also comfort. I am comforted because we will him for only a while. Someday, we will celebrate a glorious family reunion. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has assured us that we have not seen the last of my wonderful cousin and your devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

  • Winnie,
I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed talking to John(and you) when you guys would come into the doctor’s office. Such a wonderful man. He will be missed. Prayers for your family during this difficult time.

  • Winnie I am so sorry to hear about John’s passing. I remember my cousin John mostly from my younger days when my Mom and Dad would visit with Aunt Helen and Uncle Dutch. I loved visiting them and had fun going swimming at the local pool with him and Jim. John was always such a fun loving, nice guy. I especially enjoyed our last get together at your place years ago when we had our family reunion. He was such a great guy and we will all miss him. I’ll be praying for you and your family during this sad time.
