Jeffrey C. Williams, 66, of Mount Vernon passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at his home. He was born in Lima on April 17, 1952 to the late C. Robert and Betty (Bowers) Williams.

Jeff was a retired ironworker from Weirton Steel.  He was a member of the Ohio Horseman’s Council.  In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed going horseback riding.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Hope (Mains) Williams; children, Shawn Williams of New Port Richey, FL, Heather (Chris) Taccone of Naples, FL, Eddie (Amanda) Cutone of Hammondsville, and Rachel (Carl) Santamaria of Aliquippa, PA; seven grandchildren; and his loyal horse, Reba.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by an infant sister, Cathy.

In following with Jeff’s wish, there will not be any services.
