Jacqueline “Jacki” D. Lewis, age 43, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 12, 2018. She was born on July 12, 1974 in Akron, Ohio the daughter of Thomas Shreiner and Charlotte (Scaffidi) Fawcett.

Jacki enjoyed crafting, reading novels, taking care of her flower garden, her canine companions and spending quality time with her family. She was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, but most important was her three boys. They were everything to Jacki and she was most proud of all that they have done.

She is survived by her sons, Jesse Lewis, Grant Lewis and Corey Lewis all of Mount Vernon; her mother, Charlotte (Michael) Fawcett; a brother, Paul (Franny) Shreiner of Warsaw and life partner Correy Cline of Mount Vernon.

Jacki was preceded in death by her father.

Friends may call on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 E. High Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio. The family will observe a private service.

Memorial contributions in Jacki’s name may be made to the family to help with expenses.
