IdaBelle loved working with her hands. She did needlework and enjoyed hooking rugs. Spending many years hooking, she even cut and dyed her wool by hand. She completed many wall hangings and rugs often participating in the Kingwood Center Rug Shows. Self sufficient she often sewed her own outfits.
IdaBelle was a faithful member of the Apostolic Church on Middle Bellville Road where she once sang in the choir.
She will be remembered for her love for family and devotion to church as well. Hardworking, IdaBelle always extended a helping hand to those in need.
