Helen M. DeVore,  age 89, of Fredericktown, OH, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Knox Community Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

The family will have a celebration of life service on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the First Church of God; 19535 Zolman Rd., Fredericktown, OH, 43019 with Pastor Richard Prater officiating.

The Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown, OH, is honored to serve the family of Helen M. DeVore.

  • Aunt Helen was a very special person, she was so sweet spirited, I’ve never heard here say a mean word toward anyone. Every time I wash a spoon I will remember her. We pray for peace for the family. I know Aunt Helen is playing her spoons for her Lord.

  • Brady and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Helen in 1980. She was the first person I met when I took my brothers and sisters to church at Fredericktown Church of God. She had such a sweet personality. We became friends and have been friends ever since. She was my Ohio girl and I was her Georgia girl. I loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed.
