Helen Delgouffre, age 96, of Mount Vernon passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at home. She was born February 16, 1920 in Chester, PA.

She was a member of the Grove Church of Christ near Gambier.  She retired from Cooper Energy Services in 1982 after 32 years of service and was a member of the CES Girl’s Club, the Knox County Organ Club and served 16 years as a Red Cross Volunteer.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, George L. Delgouffre in 2003, to whom she had been married for 38 years; a son, David Stull; and her first husband, Kenneth Stull.

There will be no calling hours.  A graveside service will held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 11:00 AM in Union Grove Cemetery near Gambier with Pastor David Dahlstein officiating.
