  • My dear, dear Friend. My heart is aching and I believe my tear ducts have dried up. I just saw you late last week, and we just talked about Brody and Tate..”DARN THOSE BOYS” to put it mildly!! Our name definitely shared between the two of them, probably more than we care to know. Depending on the week of course, and who was the “cool” Heather or who was the “mean mom” Heather. Regardless we always found someway to laugh about it rather than cry. I need you to laugh a whole bunch for me right now, Sister.. please! God Speed my
    GREAT friend!!
Jason, Brody, Jaci, and Shannon, your wife and mother was truly one of a kind. There are not enough words to even describe how amazing she really was. Your wife and mother will still be around, on the DAILY mark my words, Heather sure was never one to give up.

  • Jason, so sorry for the loss of your dear wife, You and your family our in are Prayers!!!!

  • Jason,

I didn’t know Heather, even though she was my neighbor down around the corner for a few years, but I have come to know Jason through his work and he has always been such a kind, thoughtful young man. That kind of personality usually is a direct result of such a loving and caring wife. After reading what everyone has written about Heather here, you had one of the best Jason.

The Lord works in mysterious ways and we don’t always understand, but he has a master plan that involved Heather elsewhere.

In this great time of sorrow, may the Lord watch over you and your family and wrap you in his loving arms and comfort you.

  • We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Heather was a great person and will be missed by many. Heather will always be a part of every one she knew and loved and many memories will be treasured. Our prayers and sympathy are with your family. Luv ya’s. Chris, Julie, and Isaac too.

  • Dear Jason, Shannon, Jaci, and Brody,

I am so very sorry. We are all having a hard time comprehending this … and my heart breaks for you. Heather was “One of a Kind”. I always enjoyed being around her, and loved when she would sit next to me at Torrey and Jaci’s softball games. She was just as loud as I was at the games, we would get each other going … then just laugh and laugh … I can still see her coming across the grass with her chair and cooler. I feel very blessed to have known her and to be able to call her my friend. You are all in my prayers.

    Much Love,

  • Our thoughts and prayers are with Jason and his family.
The Bywaters family has always been part of our extended softball family and l remember a lot of great times coaching with or against Jason.

  • Jason, it’s so hard to find the words say to you and your children right now. Even though I’ve been gone from MTV and Ohio for so long, you and Heather were always two people I called friends. I can’t imagine how you will find the strength to go on without her. I can’t imagine losing your soulmate, let alone the wonderful person that we all knew Heather to be. I was so shocked and sad to hear the news. I pray God gives you whatever you need in your time of sorrow. She will be missed by many, but none more than you. Love and condolences.

  • The Lamport’s are sending their love and prayers during this difficult and unimaginable time. We have no words to describe the sadness and loss we unexpectedly felt….and our hearts hurt for all of you. Even though we didn’t see the Bywaters at school after our move to Ontario, Rikey and I had so much fun when we did get together.
Heather was so talented! I would laugh so hard at her sense of humor and sarcastic Banter. Heather and Brody always made all of us feel at home.
If I can add to the great times recalled together, I will always remember that Riley absolutely adored Heather. He would always say, “Mom! Why can’t you be as cool as Heather!?” I would just laugh and say, “Dude! Ain’t never gonna happen. She is hilarious!!!”
Brody, I am giving you a great big hug buddy. Keep your chin up and know there is always a place for you at the Lamport’s. Love you bud. Love all of you! Xx

  • Jason and family, we are very sorry to learn of your loss. Heather was fun and bubbly and we always enjoyed being around her and your family. Love and prayers.
