Survivors include Harold and Marie’s two sons and their families; Phil Gallogly and his wife, Liz of Mt. Vernon and Scott Gallogly and Lea, also of Mt. Vernon.

Harold and Loretta were married on January 16, 1988 in Knox County. Surviving Harold are his four stepchildren from this union and their families; John and Karen McNeal, Patti and Ralph Bach, and Peggy Hoffman, all of Delaware, and Rob McNeal and Susan Rodnon of Key West, Florida. He is also survived by two brothers, Ken Gallogly of Marengo and Marvin Gallogly of Delaware, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would like to acknowledge the special care that Susie Miller and Tara Stover of OhioHealth Hospice provided Harold during his illness.
