  • I will miss talks with Cobb and I will miss him as a neighbor. The history I learned from him about Galena basketball and baseball will always be in my memory. I am sure that the reunion of the baseball battery of Cobb Farris and Byron Hoke will be happy. My thoughts are with you Lynn and Kris. God bless you.

  • Kris and Lynn anf DeVore families, you have all had the privelege to share time with Harold and Joan. Thanks for sharing them with us.

  • We all grew up loving our Uncle because our Mother, Barbara (Harold’s Sister), loved her brother so much and the older we got the more we realized why. Through our many times together we always had a great time with our Uncle Harold, we laughed and laughed till we sometimes… and all the times we had to leave each other to return to our homes ALL of us cried, including our Uncle with the gentle soul. Our Uncle Harold will be greatly missed, our memories of him are wonderful treasures and his incredible laugh and smile will always be embedded in our thoughts. Hope to see you soon Lynn, Florida is awesome in the Winter, remember! We Love You!
