Glen E. Hasty, 61, of Kissimmee, Florida, formerly of Delaware, passed away on Saturday

May 31st. He was born November 22, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio. Glen was a dedicated employee at PPG Industries for 35 years. He was a 1964 graduate of Hayes High School and attended Franklin University. He also was an avid Nascar and stock car fan. He was very proud to grow up and live in Delaware and his way of giving back to the community was to volunteer the week of the Delaware County Fair, which he had done for the past 15 years as a member of the track crew for the Little Brown Jug. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy; son, Rob (Marcia) Curtin of Powell; grandsons, Vincent and Dante; mother, Bernice Hasty of Kissimmee; sister, Sue (Garry) McDonald of Kissimmee; brother-in-law, Jim Stimmel of Delaware; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Hobart Hasty and his sister Mariam Stimmel. The family will receive friends on Saturday June 7th from 2 – 6 pm at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, Delaware.
