Georgia J. Kelso, 76, of Galion passed away February 25, 2016 at Signature Health Care in Galion.

Born February 12, 1940 in, Renick, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Giley and Maggie (Holmes) Rudd. She first married Lester Eckstein who preceded her in death and then married Jack Kelso and he also preceded her in death.

Georgia enjoyed arranging flowers, cooking, traveling going to country music concerts and loved her family.

She is survived by stepdaughter, Brenda Hansford of Bucyrus; adopted daughters, Brenda Frost of Galion and Ruth Chapman of Bucyrus; three brothers, Rupert Rudd of New Washington, Dale (Fran) Rudd of Virginia and Bob (Mary Ann) Rudd of Galion; a sister, Nancy (Kenneth) Shuster of Galion; sister-in-law, Susan Rudd of Crestline; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and both husbands she was preceded in death by three brothers, Rushel, Cecil and Cedric Rudd.

The family will receive friends from10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 29, 2016 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, with Rev. Dr. Dan Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford County Memory Gardens.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
