  • To the Piper family, on behalf of Vans Valley Community Church congregation we would like to extend our deepest sympathy as well as lift up families in our thoughts and prayers . The Piper family was always a welcome addition to each and every service they attended.

  • Rachel, Larry, Jeff and all the family I send my condolences on this loss. Gene was a special person to a lot of us. Anyone my age who lived in Harlem Township probably rode his bus once upon a time. Behave and don’t make trouble. We all knew that. I remember one time I made him mad. He forgave me. Gene being a local farmer is also a fond memory. A visit to the Piper Farm was always interesting. Prayers for all the family and friends.

  • Rachel, Jeff and Brenda, we are so very sorry to hear of Genes passing. He was a sweet, soft spoken man. When we went to Sunbury Nazarene church I always made sure to shake their (Gene and Rachel) hands. Such a cute loving couple!! I know he will be sorely missed. Praying for your family.
