Frank E. Peirsol, age 73 of Powell died Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic.

He was born on March 5, 1944 in Columbus to the late Frank E. and Jean (White) Peirsol. Frank was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Respected in his field as a real estate broker, he owned Frank E. Peirsol & Co. Real Estate for 47 years.

Honest, hardworking, and humble, he loved life and lived a life that mattered. He was passionate for boating on the waters of Lake Erie, with Put-in-bay being his home away from home, and during the winter months he enjoyed snowmobiling at Houghton Lake. Frank was a faithful member of St. Mary Church.

Described as a “king of a man”, he worked to live. With a soft spot for his Great Danes, he was selfless, respected, and a good friend to all. Most proud of his children and career, he will be remembered for his charm, generosity, love of family, and truly being one of a kind.

Those left to cherish his memory include his longtime loving fiancé Kathleen Kullman, son Brock (Marissa) Peirsol of Ostrander, daughter Corey Peirsol (Walt Elliott) of Dallas, TX, an expected grandson, brother John (Jan) Peirsol of Delaware, sister Debbie Peirsol (Steve Barger) of Ostrander, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Also preceded in death by his sister Barbara Jean and many beloved aunts and uncles.

A celebratory mass will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Mary Church, 82 E. William St., Delaware, Ohio 43015 with Rev. Michael Watson Celebrant. To be followed by a reception at the Scioto Reserve Country Club, 7383 Scioto Pkwy, Powell, OH 43065. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center.

Frank was grateful and blessed to receive a lung transplant over 5 years ago. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Lifeline of Ohio, 770 Kinnear Rd., Columbus, OH 43212.
