Esther A. Frazee, age 87, of Mount Vernon died Thursday October 10, 2002 at the Country Court Nursing Home in Mount Vernon. Esther was born October 14, 1914 at Bangs to Bert and Stella (Frost) Jackson and had spent her lifetime in the Mount Vernon area. She was retired from the Ohio Eastern Star Home in Mount Vernon where she had been employed as a nurse’s aid. Esther was a member of the Newark Road Church of Christ in Mount Vernon and was active with the Station Break Senior Citizens Center in Mount Vernon.
Surviving are her daughter Patricia Parker of Mount Vernon; two sons Dave W. Frazee Jr. of Fredericktown, Gary Skeen of Mount Vernon; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 3 sisters Betty Galloway and Hazel Fox both of Pleasant Hill, Illinois, Mary Sarver of Toledo. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David W. Frazee Sr., 3 sons Bruce Frazee, David E. Frazee and Kenneth Skeen a great grandson and 4 sisters.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 AM at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon with Mr. Andrew Jooste officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the funeral. Burial will be in Mound View Cemetery.
