Eloise Marie Stutler, 83, of Radnor passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, August 12, 2018 at the Ohio Living Sarah Moore Home in Delaware.

She was born January 11, 1935 in Delaware to the late Clarence James Hawkins and Bonnie Ruth (Green) Hawkins and attended Willis High School.

Eloise was an avid member of the Red Hat Society and a former member of the Park Avenue Senior Citizens and the Council for Older Adults. She enjoyed crocheting and sitting on her back porch watching the birds. She also loved animals, including her dogs and cats.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, John (Joyce) Stutler of Marengo and George James Stutler of Radnor; daughters, Sue Chapman and Mary (Curtis) Conklin of Radnor and Melissa (Brian) Thompson of Johnstown; 9 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 1 great grandson and 1 great-great granddaughter; sister, Wallena Chaney of Festus, Missouri; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Eloise was preceded in death by her loving husband George Bruce Stutler, son Charles Bruce Stutler, daughter Margaret Rose Stutler, sister Darlene Caldwell, and 2 brothers Don and Norbert Hawkins.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive (formerly 1510 W. William Street), Delaware, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Radnor Cemetery.
