  • I am so sorry for your loss of such a beautiful, kind, loving girl. She will always hold a special place in my heart due to her always smiling, kind heart and love of animals. She took great care of my cats when she would cat sit for me 3-4 years ago. My heart goes out to her friends and family during this difficult time. She touched my life, and I will never forget her. Rest in Peace Elise.

  • Elise watched my cats for me several years ago, yet she touched my life with her bright smile, her kindness, her joy of life and her love for animals. She was in my life only briefly yet her light shone brightly. I cannot imagine the heartbreak and sorrow of those who knew her best and saw her every day. Rest assured she left a legacy of kindness and goodness that will not be forgotten. My deepest sympathies on this tragic loss of such a wonderful and truly gracious human being. She will be deeply missed.

  • My deepest sympathy. My family and I are praying for you and your husband. Nothing hurts more than losing a child. When they say that time heals all wounds…don’t believe it. You will always have a whole in your heart. Cherish the memories that you had with your daughter. May God bless you and give you the strength to cope with this horrible tragedy. With all my love, cuz.

  • No words can express my sadness. Elise was a free spirt and always brought a smile to my face, even when she was misbehaving as a young girl Anyone who knew her will miss her greatly.

  • Sending my deepest sympathies for Austin and the family. Elise was one in a million and a friend to anyone she met. I enjoyed our chats when getting my car worked on.

  • I met Elise a few years back before she went to boot camp. I watched Guiness for her a few times. Elise and I had love and passion for animals in common. We followed each other on Facebook as well. Every so often we would see each other around town and chat it up. Her free spirit was so bubbly and sweet. I am saddened and heartbroken for all of you. I want you to know that I am thinking of your family in your time of loss. Elise will be greatly missed.

  • Such a beautiful energy taken to help elsewhere. She will be missed by anyone who knew her . Denise and i feel lucky to have known her

  • I knew Elise when she was a very young child as my mom, Bernadette and her grandmother Pat Swingle were very close and had play dates together with my niece. I remember her outgoing personality even as a small child. As sometimes happens, we lost contact with her but just three weeks ago, my mom was reminiscing about neighbors and mentioned Elsie and wanted to have my niece find her via social media. We were very saddened to hear of her passing on the Saturday news and wanted to express our deepest condolences. Your family is in our thoughts. The Humphrey Family from Worthington Hills

I did not know Elise well. Our interactions were few and limited to the shop. Still, I always felt her warm heart and gentle spirit, her amazing humor and sense of purpose. I am so sorry for your loss.
