Dorothy Mae Scheidweiler

Dorothy Mae Scheidweiler, 91, of Delaware and formerly of Greenville, Ohio passed away early Friday morning December 28, 2012 at the Countryview of Sunbury.
She was born May 31, 1921 in Corning, New York to Thomas and Helen (Skelley) Ketchum.
She worked in the office for Corning Glass and enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, and making Halloween costumes for the grandkids and great grandkids. She also was notorious for her sugar cookies which always seem to cause a few arguments.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her 3 granddaughters, Beth (Phillip) Born of Delaware, Holly (Trever) Mock of Mt. Vernon, and Kathy (Chad) Hood of Clarksville, TN; 5 great grandchildren, Paige (Gregg) Moore, Alex Born, Mason and Zoe Mock, and Drake Hood; 2 great great grandchildren, Hayden and Aubree Moore; special niece, Hannah White. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Phillip, daughter Phylis Bunten and son-in-law Chris Bunten.
The family will receive friends on Sunday December 30th from 1 – 3 pm at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 1510 W. William Street at Valleyside Drive, Delaware. Graveside services will be held on Monday December 31st at 11:00 am in Greenville Union Cemetery in Greenville, Ohio.
