Donny A. Richmond, age 80, of Fredericktown passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Oak Pointe Care Center in Baltic, Ohio after a hard battle with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

He was born on September 30, 1938 in West Union, WV to the late Howard and Delores (Reed) Richmond.  Donny was employed at American National Can for over 39 years and retired in 1996.  He enjoyed building and working on cars and was a member of the Pacemakers Club.  But most of all, Donny enjoyed the time he spent with family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters, Nancy (Lynn) Thayer, Terri (John) Stream; his grandchildren, Christopher Muller, Jessica Ryan, Jarrett Stream, Shelby Stream; his great grandchildren, Erica Muller, Bryce Muller, Jaydon Danals; his brothers, Grant (Jane) Richmond, Alan Richmond; and his sister Ardeth (Paul) Piper.

In addition to his parents, Donny was preceded in death by his son Jim Richmond.

In keeping with Donny’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.  A graveside service at Forest Cemetery in Fredericktown will be held on a date to be announced.

Memorial contributions may be made to Interim Hospice in Coshocton, Ohio.
