Dick Kaiser, 91, of Delaware passed away early Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Grady Hospital. He was born June 3, 1919 in Columbus, Ohio to Fredrick and Clara (Mann) Kaiser. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked many years as dairy farmer and a cabinet marker for Columbus Show Case. He enjoyed woodworking, landscaping at his home, and working outdoors. Dick is survived by his: wife of 68 years; Glenna (Aldenderfer) Kaiser, a daughter; Carol Pitts, 2 granddaughters; Kathryn “Katie” Hodge, and Michelle (Tim) Gilson, 2 grandsons; Greg and Chris Hodge, 3 great-grandchildren, and a sister; Helen Smith. He is preceded in death by his; parents, a son; Jimmy Kaiser, a brother; Bill Kaiser, and a brother-in-law; Tom Smith. The family will receive friends from 11:30am – 1:30pm on Friday, August 6th at Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, 1510 W. William St., Delaware, with a funeral service following calling hours.
