You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Hold on to the great memories you each created individually and as a family. I will always remember and hear Dean’s laugh and his stories. Brenda, I am so glad we got together in August and had the chance to hang out for the afternoon.

I hope these words can give you some comfort right now. I read this somewhere one time based on Psalm 56:8 that even if we cry a river God will collect each one of our tears, the ones that we blink back, those we cry silently, and the ones that even soak in our pillows in the middle of the night. Not a single one of our tears escapes God’s notice, because each one is so precious to Him because we are each precious to Him.

    We love you all!

    Denise (and Cook)

We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Dean. He was an awesome man. Quite a character. A memory I have never been able to forget: I was riding the bus home from the JVS, as soon as we got to the bypass on 13, that old mail type truck those “Clear Fork ” boys used to drive, passed us. The truck pulled over into our lane, right in front of the bus, the back doors swung open, and what did we see: the bare back sides of 3. First time I was ever ” mooned”. Not sure but we all decided it had to be Dean, Duane, & Floyd. The late Joanne Swartz was our bus driver. She looked at me and said ” well, that’s something you don’t see everyday”. Quite a character. Dean enjoyed life. Praying that as you all mourn his life, you remember the precious time you had together. He loved you all and would want you to continue to make precious memories for the grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
1 Peter 5:7 says ” Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you”.
We are praying the Lord will carry you through this time.
    Lord Bless. Nina & Mark.

  • Brenda and family,

  • “I assue you: Anyone who hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life”

  • Very sorry for the loss of one of our First Responder Family members. Our Police and Fire Chaplains will have you in our prayers.

  • Brenda and family, I am sorry to hear of the passing of Dean. He was a great man, I can still see him on the fence of all of our football games, or watching the victory bell getting rung after a win. Your family is in our prayers.
