Corinna D. Weber, 48, of Galion, died peacefully at home Friday, Feb. 5, 2010.

Born Feb. 6, 1961 in Galion, she was the daughter of Virgil Smith of Galion and the late Lyleth Gale Smith. She married Jack W. Weber on June 29, 1979 and he survives.

Corinna was a graduate of Galion High School in 1979, where she attended Pioneer Joint Vocational School and was the first girl to complete the auto body training class. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with an Associate of Arts degree. She painted cars and worked at Stowe Motors and Bill Call Auto Body in Galion and Weidner Motors and Graham Chevrolet in Mansfield. She was a big time quilter, making quilts and dolls for the Amish. She was a huge fan of the NASCAR Truck Series and the dirt outlaw Sprint cars.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Dayna Kenneth Garrison and Sally Travis Esterline of Galion; one son, Matthew Weber of Mooresville, N.C.; her father and step-mother, Virgil and Ann Smith of Galion; four brothers, Audie Smith of Galion, Dana Sue Smith of Houston, Texas, Blaine Smith of Tucson, Ariz. and Scott Sue Antkowiak of Lakeville, Minn.; one sister, Marca Matney of Galion and a step sister Cindy Shane Wilcox of Shelby.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 2010 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home in Galion. At the request of her family no funeral services will be held
