Wikipedia defines a personal trainer as “a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. One who motivates clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.” If you know Chris, this was the perfect definition of his true passion in life. Whether it was a sweaty day in the gym, a late night text or social media post, Chris was always trying to motivate or encourage someone to strive for their best. He loved golf and was a talented artist but physical fitness was his first passion and his heart was his biggest muscle. He loved his family and friends fiercely and always lent a helping hand to people in need.
Chris was loved by many and will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Teresa (Mackie) O’Hara, a sister, Jenn (Eric) Bohman, a brother, William “Will” O’Hara, his girlfriend Stacy Bennett, a nephew, Preston Bohman, maternal grandparents, Carl and Karen Mackie, paternal grandmother, Lois O’Hara, aunts and uncles, Robb and Michelle Mann, Jon and Vicki Mackie, Mike and Melanie O’Hara and Doug and Kathy Savage. He is also survived by his cousins, Sarah and Zach Wright, Alex Mann, Maggie Mackie, Katie Mackie, Aaron O’Hara, Matthew O’Hara, Adam O’Hara, Scott and Stacy Savage, Anthony Savage, Jessica and Ryan Donovan.
