Chris was a loving mother and grandmother, dedicated wife, and adoring daughter. She was happiest spending time on her patio with family and friends, sunbathing by the backyard pool or on the beach in South Carolina, going to rock concerts with her kids, cheering for the Buckeyes on Saturdays, having heart to hearts with her grandchildren, and snuggling with her beloved pets in her favorite chair while shopping on QVC.

She leaves behind her husband of 30 years Ed Lawson; children, Matthew (Jessica) Barth, Ryan (Megan) Lawson, Stephanie (Dave) Smith, and Kelly Ingles-Finley; grandchildren, Kamryn and Braelyn Ingles, Keith, Taylor, and Liberty Smith; sister, Bonnie Trail; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Chris was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Ingles; brother, Mike Ricker; and her parents.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 17 with Rev. Joe Stafford officiating. Private burial will be in Iberia Cemetery next to her son Shawn.

In lieu of flowers, Chris’ wish would be for everyone to spend a little extra time with their loved ones and to cherish every moment together.
