  • I was so sorry to hear of the loss of Gene. He was my very good friend while we were in high school and my roommate our first year at Cornell University. After not having seen Gene for some 60 years, we met two years ago and again this last May. I was fortunate to recently have seen Gene and Diana and to have spent some quality time with them. To Diana and all of Gene’s family, I send my condolences. My thoughts are with you. We will all miss Gene along with his humor, laughter and kindness. May he rest in pease. Most sincerely, Jim Francis

  • Diana and family.
You have our sincere sympathy in the loss of your loved one. May god give you comfort and love in the coming days as only he can do.

So sorry to hear of my cousin Gene’s passing. He and I were always interested in each of our families. He was one of a kind. We would frequently see him at the Amish auction at Waterford and had a good visit. We have not gone to the auctions for quite some time and missed seeing him. He always asked about our son and how his cattle were doing and our daughter too. I remember the years gone by how our families would get together. Sad that does not happen much these days.

We send you love from our family.

  • Diana & family,
    So sorry for your loss.
I always enjoyed visiting with Gene. I believe he liked talking about cattle just as much as I.
I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile on his face & he always made my day a little brighter.
May the Good Lord give you all peace & comfort in the days ahead.
