BELLVILLE: Charles Cox Frailey, 15, of Ankneytown Road, Bellville, died, Tuesday morning July 6, 2004 in Children’s Hospital, Columbus, following a long illness.
He was born October 17, 1988 in Columbus, and had lived in Columbus most of his life, moving to Bellville in September of 2003.
Charlie was dearly loved by all who knew him, and will be sadly missed.
Charlie is survived by his parents Ed and Vada (Holstein) Frailey of Bellville; his paternal grandmother Kathryn Frailey of Bellville; 13 brothers and sisters Angela and Jeremy Ammons of Fredericktown, Melanie and Ron Elliott of Mount Vernon, Ryan, Deshawn, Shytrice, Jamie, Shelly, Petey, Kisha, Donna, Shanique, Zackery, and baby Zack; two nieces and four nephews Cierra, Jordan and Aidan Ammons, and Natalie, Nickolas and Joseph Elliott.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Guy and Mamie Holstein, and his paternal grandfather Carl Frailey.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 8, 2004 from 6-8 pm in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held Friday at 10:30 am. Pastor Keith Bartram will officiate. Burial will follow in Bellville Cemetery.
