Chad A. Annett, age 41, of Circleville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born on December 25, 1974 in Mount Vernon, Ohio the son of David Annett and Patricia (Shock) Rush. Chad was a 1993 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and worked for Penske Logistics in Columbus.

Chad enjoyed riding motorcycles, ATV’s and tinkering with engines. Chad was a jack of all trades. He was an outdoorsman that liked to hunt and fish or he could be found in the kitchen cooking and baking. Music was a love of Chad’s and he could often be heard coming down the street listening to some of his favorite old classic country songs.

He is survived by his soulmate, Angie Bush and her daughter, Julia, a daughter, Mariah Annett, his mother, Patricia (Wayne) Rush, his grandmother, Georgia Helmick, step-mother, JoEllen Annett, two half-brothers, Jamie Annett and Scott (Amanda) Annett and a step sister, Kari Talbott.

Chad was preceded in death by his father, David Annett and grandparents, Melvin and Neva Annett and Lee Edward Shock.

A memorial service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the First Church of God of Fredericktown, 19535 Zolman Road, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019. The Snyder Funeral Home of Fredericktown is honored to serve the family of Chad A. Annett.

  • Chad was a very nice young man. We all loved him and his love of engines. He will be missed dearly by all.

  • I only saw Chad a few times, family get togethers, reunions and things like that. But one thing that will always stick in my mind is how happy he was and how much he smiled. I’m going to miss seeing that.

So what this mean is Chad will be given a fresh new start with the prospect of living forever in a peaceful new world.
