Carey N. Clark, 30 of Delaware, died Friday evening at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware.

He was born in Delaware on December 21, 1972 to Dan and Joyce (Bishop) Clark whom survive in Delaware. He was a 1991 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School and attended OSU Marion Branch. Member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Employed as a Quality Control Technician for American Showa in Sunbury. He enjoyed his family especially his children and brothers. He liked landscaping, computer games, Buckeyes and Browns.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his Wife: Kara (Hyer) Clark and they were married July 17, 1999 in New Holland, Ohio. Son: Jordan Christopher; Daughter: Emma Kathleen; Brothers: Chris (Regina) of Ypsilanti, Mi. and Danny of Marysville; Nephews: A. J. and Nate; In-laws: John and Linda Hyer of New Holland; Brothers-in-law: Jeff of Lexington, Ky. and Patrick of New Holland. Special Friends: Mark & Kerrie Huston, Terri Johnson and Mick Amato.

Preceded by Grandparents: Ollie & Dever Bishop and Richard & Lucille Clark.

Friends may call Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 75 W. William Street, Delaware. Funeral services will be Tuesday 11 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 28 E. William Street with Pastor William Saunders officiating. Interment will follow in the Marlborough Cemetery.
