Biddie Marshall, 82, of Mansfield, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 at Lexington Court Care Center in Lexington after an extended illness.
Born Jan. 30, 1930 in Jackson, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Easter Noble Watkins. She was preceded in death on Sept. 11, 2011 by her husband, Raymond Marshall, whom she married on May 19, 1947.
Biddie and her husband moved to Mansfield in 2003 from Jackson, Ky. She enjoyed being a homemaker all her life and caring for her family.
Surviving are one son, Charles Ray Marshall of Covington, Ky.; one daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and James Edmundson of Galion; five grandchildren, including Margaret’s children, Lisa Dan Marks and Melissa Kerry Pauley and Charles’ children, Lynn, Michael and Missy; numerous great-grandchildren; one brother, John Watkins of Jackson, Ky. and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl and Roy Watkins.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, 2012 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home in Galion where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, with Rev. Joe Stafford officiating. Burial will follow in Iberia Cemetery.
