Beverly S. Josif, 75, formerly of Greenville, S.C. and currently of Galion, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 at Olentangy Woods Nursing Center in Galion.

Born Nov. 12, 1937 in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Gaylord and Violet Mumaw Blake.

Beverly worked as a media specialist in school libraries in Cuyahoga Falls.

She is survived by one daughter, Viola Lane of Greenville, S.C.; two sons and one daughter-in-law, George and Kristine Josif of Van Buren, Ark. and Gregory Josif of Mansfield; three grandchildren, Stacey Sean Buchan, Heather John Dunlap and Jacob Josif; one great-granddaughter, Julie Dunlap; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Molly Ben Klein of Tallmadge and Shirley Crumley of Medina.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Bobbie Blake.

No services will be held. Arrangements are in care of the Richardson-Davis Funeral Home in Galion.
