Beverly L. Carr

BELLVILLE: Beverly L. Carr, 63, of State Route 95, Bellville, died Tuesday morning January 18, 2005 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, following a long illness.
She was born July 25, 1941 in Millersburg to Lawrence and Sylvia (Sells) Kline, and attended Butler and Loudonville Schools.
A homemaker and devoted wife and mother, Beverly lived in the Lucas area twenty years prior to moving to her rural Butler home ten years ago.
Beverly lavished time and attention on her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking for family gatherings and working jigsaw puzzles.
Beverly found solace in maintaining her birdfeeders, and watching the birds and squirrels around her home.
She is survived by her husband Richard A. “Dick” Carr, whom she married November 26, 1963; her children and their spouses Donald and Carol Vulgamore of Ashland, Shari and Ron Leech of Butler, Lois Temple of Butler, and Richard, Jr. and Loretta Carr of Ashland; seven grandchildren Nathan Vulgamore, Ryan Vulgamore, Allen Leech, Nicole Temple, Bryan Carr, Aaron Leech and Macy Carr; a sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Don Reed of Big Prairie; three brothers and sisters-in-law Larry and Christine Kline and Roger and Janice Kline all of Butler and Nelson and Arlene Kline of Loudonville; a sister-in-law Judy Kline of Mifflin; an aunt Myrtle Bowman of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Mitchell R. Carr; and a brother Paul Kline.
The family will receive friends this evening, Wednesday, January 19, 2005 from 5-8 pm in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, and also on Thursday from noon until 2 pm. Pastor Ken Kinley will lead the funeral service Thursday at 2 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bunkerhill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the Worthington Township-Butler Rescue Squad may be made at the funeral home.
