Beulah Mae Lemley, age 82, of Mount Vernon, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at her home with her family at her side.

She was born on November 30, 1930 in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Clem and Gladys (Kaylor) Christman. Beulah was employed and retired from TRW. She enjoyed gardening, caring for her flowers and feeding the birds with her feeders. She especially loved her cats Dusty and Lucky and her dog Toy.

Beulah is survived by her son Lanny Wayne Snell of Mount Vernon; two daughters Melody McCoy of Mount Vernon, Philanna (Perry) Parnell of Mount Vernon; six grandchildren, Danny Wilson, Tokala Redman, Rose Redman, Natasha Johnson, Noah Parnell, Lakelyn Parnell; and one great grandson Gaven Wilson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Misty Pfuehler;Misty’s son, Dakotah Blaise Redman; her sister Madeline Garver; and her brother Willard Christman.

Friends may call on Friday, January 18, 2013 at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home from 12-2PM. A service will follow beginning at 2PM with Rev. Jerry Bell officiating. Burial will be held in Mount View Cemetery.
