  • I was shocked to hear of Betty’s passing, and you all are in my prayers! She was such a sweet lady, and I’m really going to miss her. According to my mom (Sherry Lawrence), she took care of me for a couple days when I was a baby and was sick–just because I had kept Mom up for several days, and Mom needed her rest, but that’s the kind of person she was. I’m really sorry for your loss!

  • Ms. Betty was like a second mother to me. I will miss hear dearly. My condolences to the family.
